What a blast there was a hell of a lot laughing, whilst Maja, Ninja and Roland from frei.wild jumped into different characters and entertained the audience with games and songs from far away. The next chance to join the laughing choir is 26.3.10. Save the date! |

Hot Soca beats It was freezing cold outside, but inside it was hot as fire! Babylon fire made it happen: Berlin Mitte shaked its booty! Reggae, dancehall and soca rhythms took of the Astronaut Club. Berliner Zeitung joined the party and shared its thoughts. |

this was the shit! Right in time for their new release "Schöne neue Welt" Culcha Candela came by and spend an afternoon on our roof terrace. Whilst enjoying our BBQ their played a match table tennis and besides the cocktail they gave an interview to Yagaloo TV. Unfortunately they didn't hop in our pool even though it was quite tempting. It was great to welcome the boys and hopefully they will come around again. |

An artistic opening Today we officially started our summer action "What’s your place to be in Berlin?" in cooperation with Berlin Partner. Invited guests, press, radio and TV joined the opening and had a look at the first "Comment Wall". Attack of Catalonian football fans from FC Barcelona During the evening of 2nd may over 1000 fans flock into the baxpax downtown Hostel Hotel. All manpower and equipment was used to hospitable all beloved fans in our Hostel. The air was on fire – an amazing atmosphere spread in all rooms during the match FC Barcelona vs. Real Madrid. After 90 pulsating minutes the fans were unstoppable: Barcelona won 6-2 and with Spanish temperament the Catalonian conquered with peaceful intention the streets. bands checked in We happily welcomed at baxpax downtown the french bands NEIMO and NAIVE NEW BEATERS during their tour through Germany. On Tuesday night their painted the town red and gave a fab concert at the Bang Bang Club. Despite the high temperature inside the Club, the guys fired up the audience par excellance. Neimo, the new muse of Karl Lagerfeld introduced their current album "Moderne Incidental" and felt very comfortable and at home in our hostel hotel.
